For Villas and
apartments:
30% deposit upon
booking, additional 40% deposit 60 days before arrival and balance upon
arrival.
For the Rooms under
the stars:
30% deposit upon
booking and balance upon arrival.
At the time of
booking, the details of a valid credit card must be given to guarantee the
reservation made.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION
For Villas and
apartments:
no penalty for
cancellations up to 60 days before arrival;
penalty of 30% of the
total amount for cancellations made from 59 to 30 days before arrival.
penalty of 80% of the
total amount for cancellations made from 29 to 9 days before arrival;
penalty of 100% of the
amount for cancellations made from 9 days before arrival or in case of no-show.
For the Rooms under
the stars:
no penalty for
cancellations up to 14 days before arrival;
penalty of 100% of the
amount in case of cancellations within 13 days before arrival.
VARIOUS
Pets allowed with
prior authorization by the reception.
